Nosa is an experienced attorney providing legal and corporate business advisory support to Start-ups and Established corporate entities. His advisory focus covers Contentious and Non-contentious matters around Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance, Strategy and Commercial exposures; International Trade, Finance and Investment; Technology, Media and Entertainment.
With over Fourteen Years (14) experience in the area of Intellectual Property, Nosa has advised renowned multinationals and conglomerates in contentious and non-contentious rage of IP matters including but not limited to Trademark and Patent exploitation and protection in Nigeria.
He is a recommended Global Law Expert and was awarded "Intellectual Property Expert of the Year in Nigeria" by Leaders in law in their 2021 Global Awards. Nosa is a 2021 "Trademark Advisory Expert of the Year in Nigeria" awardee of the Corporate INTL Magazine and the Global Advisory Experts. In 2022, Nosa was recognized and shortlisted by the Most influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) organization as part of of the 100 Most influential People of African Descent in their Global Law and Justice Edition for his involvement in Intellectual Property Law practice.
He has acted as General Counsel to Technology Start-ups in the hospitality, Entertainment and Energy Sector in Nigeria and is currently the Head of Legal at Ashcorp (Seconded), a company with ownership of renowned brands like ashluxe, ashluxury, hardcova and Zafira perfume.
Nosa is a Charted Mediator and Conciliator. He holds a LL.B degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria and an LLM degree in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Durham, United Kingdom where he finished with a Distinction and as the overall best graduating student in his specialism.

Bola Osineye is a dynamic legal professional with extensive experience and expertise in corporate, commercial, regulatory and financial advisory services.
She holds an LL.B degree from the University of Ibadan and a BL from the Nigerian Law School Lagos.
With over Nine (9) years of legal experience under her belt, Bola routinely advises clients on contentious and non-contentious matters covering diverse areas of law, with specialization in Banking and Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
She is an ISO 31000 certified risk professional, with a proven track record in the management of commercial and corporate risks as well as regulatory exposure evidenced by her legal experience from her previous roles as a Legal Manager at Remita Payment Services Limited (Remita) where she led the legal services team to ensure legal and regulatory compliance as well as contract/deal and high-level stakeholder management.
She successfully mitigated against credit, legal and fraud risk in excess of Five Billion Naira Only (N5,000,000,000) Bola was previously Senior Associate, Risk and Compliance at Branch International, and before that, Head of Legal Services at Fewchore Finance Company Limited where she successfully mitigated risks associated with complex high-end transactions up to a valuation of Ten Billion Naira (N10,000,000,000).

Akpobome Deniran is a counsel at F.A. Garrick & Co and works in the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology, Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial Advisory teams, where he advises clients in areas of Intellectual property, Property & Real Estate, Media & Entertainment and Corporate finance.
He has over seven years of experience in dispute resolution advisory and has been actively involved in several high-profile cases at the Nigerian Superior Courts of record. Akpobome also plays an active role in the pro-bono initiatives of the firm and is a member of the Police Duty Solicitor Scheme (PDSS), a pro-bono legal advocacy group. Tami is a result-oriented Attorney focused on delivering quality legal services. He is an Of counsel in the firm and a part of our Intellectual Property, Telecommunications & Technology; Shipping, International Trade & Investment and Corporate/Commercial Groups. He consistently demonstrates a deep and invaluable understanding and expertise in dispute resolution, project finance, general corporate law, and ICT and FinTech advisory. Also, he has an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies concerning start-up financing and leverages this servicing the needs of our start-up(s) clients.
Tami’s ability to understand complicated legal issues and proffer sound solutions through detailed opinions on behalf of our clients stand him out. Moyo is an experienced attorney and Counsel in the firm’s Corporate /Commercial and Intellectual Property, Media & Technology practice group(s). Over the course of his career, he has helped foreign and local companies as well as high net-worth individuals in the financial services, agriculture, manufacturing, technology, oil & gas and real estate sectors/industries, to structure their business operations in seamless compliance with extant laws and sector-specific regulations in Nigeria.
Also, he utilizes his company secretarial and legal advisory expertise to assist boards of directors of companies to dispatch their duties within the bound of the law and has also played key advisory roles in material transactions in favor of our clients, while providing support on regulatory consideration applicable and necessary for running their businesses in Nigeria.

Anieobiongo Offonmbuk Moffat Ekwere is a Legal Associate at F.A. Garrick & Co., with cross-sector experience spanning corporate governance, fintech law, regulatory compliance, banking law, immigration law, and the evolving intersection of law and artificial intelligence. He offers a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary approach refined across private and development finance sectors.
Moffat has advised on corporate and regulatory compliance for cross-jurisdictional entities in Nigeria and the U.S., and has successfully drafted U.S. immigration petitions for professionals seeking permanent residency. He has supported the structuring and approval of over ₦500 million in credit facilities and contributed to the recovery of over ₦300 million in non-performing loans for a Nigerian DFI.
His background also includes work in media law and policy advocacy. He has served as legal analyst for entertainment brands and policy advisor to NGOs focused on human rights. He has appeared in court, drafted standard operating procedures, and developed compliance frameworks for businesses.

Victoria Omolola Ajibola is a diligent and results-driven legal professional with a strong academic background and a passion for excellence. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Law from Olabisi Onabanjo University, where she graduated with First Class Honours. She subsequently obtained her bachelor in Law (LL.B) degree from the same institution, finishing with a Second Class Upper Division and earning recognition as the Best Graduating Student in the Law of Succession at the 2023/2024 convocation ceremony.
She recently completed her legal education at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, where she graduated with a Second Class Upper Division, Notably, she ranked in the top 8% of over 7,000 candidates who sat for the 2024 Bar Examination.
