Nosa is an intelligent and dynamic attorney who continuously applies his critical and creative thinking to deliver excellent client-oriented solutions. He manages the firm’s overall legal and business operations as the firm’s Managing Partner. Nosa’s experience and expertise include Legal and Business advisory in contentious and Non-contentious matters concerning Intellectual property, Sports, Media, Entertainment, Startup(s) Advisory, Technology, Shipping, International Trade & Investments. 


He has advised on contentious and non-contentious Intellectual property matters concerning Trademark and Copyright involving renowned multinationals, conglomerates and local brands particularly in the Media and Entertainment, Beverages Food processing, Wine, Automobile, and Electrical Appliance industry. He also routinely advises our International clients on Patent and Design exploitation in Nigeria and has engaged in complex high-end commercial litigation involving top Nigerian Banks and Government Agencies.


Nosa is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator and holds an LL. B from the University of Benin, Nigeria and an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Durham, United Kingdom (with particular focus on Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisition, International Finance Law, Cross-border Disputes & Private international Law and Oil & Gas Contractual Law) where he finished with a distinction and as the best in his specialism.

Akpobome Deniran

Akpobome Deniran is a Senior Associate at F.A. Garrick & Co and works in the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology, Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial Advisory teams, where he advises clients in areas of Intellectual property, Property & Real Estate, Media & Entertainment and Corporate finance. 


He has over seven years of experience in dispute resolution advisory and has been actively involved in several high-profile cases at the Nigerian Superior Courts of record. Akpobome also plays an active role in the pro-bono initiatives of the firm and is a member of the Police Duty Solicitor Scheme (PDSS), a pro-bono legal advocacy group. He is a graduate of the University of Benin.

Tami Koroye

Tami is a result-oriented Attorney focused on delivering quality legal services. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Benin, a BL from Nigerian Law School (Abuja) and a Masters’ degree in International Commercial Law from Bradford University, where he finished with a Distinction. Tami is a part of our Intellectual Property, Telecommunications & Technology; Shipping, International Trade & Investment and Corporate/Commercial Groups. He consistently demonstrates a deep and invaluable understanding and expertise in dispute resolution, project finance, general corporate law, and ICT and FinTech advisory. Also, he has an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies concerning start-up financing and leverages this servicing the needs of our start-up(s) clients.


Tami’s ability to understand complicated legal issues and proffer sound solutions through detailed opinions on behalf of our clients stand him out. He is a member of and at the forefront of various policy conversation organisations interested in proffering expert government-directed opinions on the regulation of Fintech and Crypto services in Nigeria. Anita is an associate at F.A. Garrick & Co. She works in the Corporate/Commercial and Power, Energy & Natural Resources Groups where she provides corporate governance, reporting, compliance and transaction support to diverse corporate clients across multiple industries. She routinely provides company secretarial services for local and international businesses and advises clients on regulatory compliance matters, particularly in the financial and banking sectors. Anita advises on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including but not limited to procurement contracts, service contracts, engineering procurement and construction contracts, power purchase agreements and gas sale agreements.

Moyo is an experienced attorney and Counsel in the firm’s Corporate /Commercial and Intellectual Property, Media & Technology practice group(s). Over the course of his career, he has helped foreign and local companies as well as high net-worth individuals in the financial services, agriculture, manufacturing, technology, oil & gas and real estate sectors/industries, to structure their business operations in seamless compliance with extant laws and sector-specific regulations in Nigeria.


Also, he utilizes his company secretarial and legal advisory expertise to assist boards of directors of companies to dispatch their duties within the bound of the law and has also played key advisory roles in material transactions in favor of our clients, while providing support on regulatory consideration applicable and necessary for running their businesses in Nigeria.


Beyond the law, Moyo is a critical thinker and strategist. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from De Montfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom where he graduated amongst the top ten students in his cohort.
