Mr. Garrick was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1976. He was at the head of the legal department petrchemical sector of the Nigerian National petroleum corporation (NNPC)1983-1986 and participated in negotiations for the construction of major petrochemical plants in Nigeria during that period. He established F.A. Garrick & Co in 1990.
He has attended several INTA annual conferences and other conferences relating to trademarks and patent over the years.
