TRADE MARK ASSIGNMENT
THIS
ASSIGNMENT is made
the
day of
(hereinafter called “the Assignor”) of the one part;
and
whose trade or

(hereinafter called “the Assignee”) of the other
part.
WHEREAS the
Assignor is the Registered Proprietor in
(hereinafter referred to as the “said Trade
Mark(s)”)
AND
WHEREAS the
Assignor has agreed to transfer to the Assignee the said Trade Mark(s) together
with the goodwill in

Assignee has requested the Assignor to execute this transfer.
NOW THIS
DEED WITNESSETH that in
consideration of the sum of
to be /paid to the Assignor by the Assignee (the receipt whereof the Assignor hereby acknowledges) and in pursuance of the said request the Assignor does hereby assign and transfer to the Assignee and the Assignee does hereby accept the said Trade Mark(s) together with the goodwill in Nigeria concerned in the goods for which the said Trade Mark(s) is/are registered.
